How do they handle complaints from customers?
Are you insured?
Do they provide all the services that you need? For example, you may need relocation support in finding a home, schools, buying a new car, finding local organisations or even help adapting to a new culture. Do you need vehicle transport, pet transport, storage facilities and transit insurance?
HOW will my belongings be moved?
Can they track your belongings and make that information available to you?
Will it cost more if the move takes longer than expected?
Do they provide packing materials? Do they help you unpack at your new home? Will your property be labelled and placed in specific rooms in your new home? Knowing what you are paying for can help you find the best deal, and help you understand how to prepare for moving day.
